First and foremost, let's celebrate you for taking the first steps towards mental liberation. Any work towards improving your emotional well-being should always be celebrated!

Through a strength-based approach and caring and collaborative environment, I help and empower my clients to be the best version of themselves. I provide mental health services in English and Spanish. I have experience with providing therapy to children birth to five, school-aged children, adolescents, transitional-aged youth, and adults, as well as providing clinical supervision (individual and group) to MSW graduate students. I specialize in working with intergenerational trauma, early childhood trauma, complex trauma in immigrant populations, and imposter syndrome among First-Gen professionals and students. I am certified and have received extensive training in various Evidence-Based Practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Structural Family Therapy (SFT) and Family Systems Therapy, Seeking Safety, Crisis Oriented Recovery Services (CORS), and Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools- Racial Trauma Model (CBITS-RTM). In addition, I am currently in training for EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. I use a combination of treatment modalities to best support the needs of my clients.

Right to a Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using their insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical services or items. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute that bill.

  • Make sure you save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
